Is Every Psychic Thought True?

 

You don’t have to believe all psychic hits as being true.  It takes years to develop an understanding of how to interpret them.  For instance, what if you were to feel totally uneasy in the presence of someone?  What does this mean?  Does it mean they will have an accident?  Does it mean they are some sort of a threat to you?  In the early days of your psychic awareness you might blurt out to them, “Oh, do be careful.  I’m sensing something bad with you.”  Right.  Now you have alarmed them.  What if it is merely you perceiving stuff through your own nervousness or alarm?  If you perceive reality through an uneasy psychological growth issue of your own you could easily see a distortion of what is going on.  Boogie men. 

 

Gaining an improved awareness of your own psychic nature is an adult responsibility.  This is something you have set out to do.  Deliberately.  It will happen that your view of reality will probably change somewhat.  And, this is important, your own psychological health will immediately impact what sort of psychic you become.

 

As an example, if you are a person who jumps at shadowy movements, if you perceive that everybody in the world is against you then, as a psychic you will see those same things and manage to convey a feeling of paranoia to the people you are trying to help.  If you are the sort of person who consistently feels you are a victim then anything uneasy or unexplained that you feel psychically will be interpreted by you as a threat.  You are not the sort of psychic I would like to have a reading from.

The way to solve this is actually quite simple.  All you need to do is to make a commitment to yourself that you will learn about your own psychological well being.  I learned something startling when I awakened psychically and that was being psychic forced all my own inner growth issues and hurts to rise quickly to the surface.  No more ignoring things.  So, I set out to address them.  Being a private person I did not go to a therapist immediately.  I figured I was probably already nuts in the eyes of any rational adult hearing voices like I was.  So, I went the self help route.  It helped.  Eventually, I did go the therapy route and that helped more. 

 

With time I realized that I did not have to solve my issues completely.  Working on them as the needs arose was enough.  And, with time I realized members of the psychiatric community did not think I was nuts at all.  That, I think, was the biggest thing of all for me to deal with as I awakened psychically.

 

So how do you figure it is time to look at your own psychological issues?  I have my own personal cues.  One of them is crappy drivers.  When crappy drivers surround me and start irritating me, after I have finished with the colorful language, I can have a rational thought and say to myself, “Okay, Pauline, here is your signal.  Go have some quiet time the first opportunity you get.”  That might not come until after my work day is over, but if I seek a quiet refuge, slip easily into a meditative state and then ask myself what’s going on a thought or impression might rise to my consciousness and be another step to consider on my own road to stability and inner peace. 

 

It is this thought or impression that your subconscious has sent for you to think about.  Trust it.  Think about it.  Do some inner child work with it.  Trace the hurts you perceive as an adult back in time to the first time you felt like that.
